The entire staff (from front desk to restaurant service to housekeeping) were amazing throughout my stay, offering exceptional communication and assistance at all times. The entire team is working together to ensure guests have a happy and care-free stay! My experience in the Junior Suite matched the description on the website in every way. It was newly renovated, very comfortable, spotless-clean and spacious. The kitchen had all the kitchenware needed. The balcony offered a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. There is a beautiful hiking trail to Lake Louise from the hotel which I highly recommend! But there are also busses running to get to the lake for 2$. Thanks for a wonderful time, especially to Karen and Carlos at the front desk!
Belvedere
Great location- we walked on the Lake Louise creek trail and were at Lake Louise in around an hour. The room was a little dated but it was very clean and comfortable and accurately depicted in the photos (just check you are looking at the right photos for the room you are booking). Lovely beds. Although there was no microwave or fridge in the room there was a communal microwave in the coin laundry room in the basement of our block (block 4) and also an ice machine which we used to keep our freezer bag going. Gym was well equipped for a hotel and the pool and hot tubs were clean and very relaxing. We enjoyed the complimentary hot chocolate and S’mores round the lovely campfire in the ‘gazebo’ on the Saturday night! Plenty of free parking.

Amazing customer services. Any questions we had were answered quick and clear. Hot tubs (all 3) and the pool were clean and perfect temperatures. Our room was 10/10, would return forsure. Shuttle service was free and on time. The resort has dropped mask mandates with the province. Restaurants, hall ways, pool areas. No more masks, other than the shuttle services sadly (the only place that still requires masks). Not even the mountain required them. What a beautiful trip we had. We will be back. Until next time.

We stayed in a Junior suite with kitchenette which is well stocked. Only missing big oven but there is a toaster oven. We loved sitting outside on the balcony. It advertised Mountain View from balcony but given the plentiful tall trees, you only see tiny bit of the mountain. They also provide 4 hr free bike rental which is nice and we did some trail biking. It’s first come first serve and the bikes could really take some good tune up. On site restaurant is nice too.

Great hotel where you can feel at home easily! Staff is wonderful and always in a good mood, I loved the relaxed but still very professional atmosphere everywhere. Special thanks to Enrique and Sumbal at the front desk and Brayan in the Legends restaurant for exceptional service! Rooms were wonderful, spacious, spotless clean with a beautiful mountain view. The Brewster Express bus can take you directly from the hotel to the airport or to other places.
