Staff were courteous and super helpful. When we arrived, they gave us a complimentary upgrade to room with microwave, kettle, fridge so that we could be near the other party in our group, even though we had a pet with us. Rooms were comfortable and no issues. Array of three restaurants/cafes and complimentary mini golf on site. Nice picnic tables by the golf course, so we could keep our dog with us at meals (no dogs allowed at the restaurants, even the outdoor seating area). The swimming pool was pretty empty at 9 am so was able to swim laps in the 13 m pool, which also has locker rooms with showers downstairs. My parents liked the music night (Fridays and Saturdays only) which also came with s'mores and a fire pit for roasting marshmallows in the gazebo. Very convenient location in Lake Louise Village, short walk to the Samson Mall, bus stops to Lake Louise as well as Parks Connector to Lake Louise Gondola. Also the pickup/ dropoff site for the Fairview (pet friendly) shuttle to Moraine Lake.

This property is just gorgeous. We stayed for one night and arrived late afternoon. The check in desk staff were really friendly and efficient. I had booked a double room, travelling with our two young boys. Parking was free and we got a space right outside our room. Once we walked through the door, we very quickly realised that we had been upgraded without being told. We had a two bedroom, two story, two bath space, with a small balcony. It was absolutely beautiful and it gave us the space we needed to let our kids run around after a long travel day. We made use of legends restaurant and opted to take our food back to the room. Portions were huge, and really tasty. Check out was also super friendly and efficient. Our upgrade was confirmed and I thanked the clerk. We would come back in a heartbeat and seriously considered staying another night. SO close to lake louise. Perfect to stay if you want to catch the sunrise or sunset.

The location was fantastic - a 5 min drive from the Parks Canada lake shuttles, 10 mins from the start of the Icefields Parkway or Yoho National Park, and 30 mins to Banff. The room was clean and comfortable, everything worked, and the kitchen was very useful to be able to cook dinner instead of eating out every night. The balcony was awesome, with a nice view of the mountains peeking through the giant pine trees that cover the grounds. The mini golf course was a nice touch, and was good for a half hour of entertainment one afternoon. Having the restaurants at the hotel was also very convenient for nights where we were too tired to cook. All in all, a lovely place to stay, we really enjoyed our week there.

Location was perfect--close to the town center, gas station, gondola and Lake Louise! We opted for the updated family suite, which had a murphy bed and a balcony; more than enough room for our family of four. I was worried about the eco-friendly, no A/C initiative, but it didn't bother us as it stayed cool in the room even during the summer time. Kitchen was clean and came fully equipped with all the the necessities to cook a meal. We like that they had an indoor pool and a couple restaurants to chose from as well as a coffee shop and small convenience area in the main lobby. We were lucky to try their complimentary bike rentals too!

Staff at this property are excellent, friendly, and well trained. The pool is fantastic, and the breakfast is extremely good, not fancy, just very good and consistently delicious. I love the architecture of the lobby and pool, and pasta restaurant on the inside, very well thought out and unique. Room looks dated circa 1980, but I happen to like the older furniture, carpet, and layout, reminds me of happy times, but compared to the Post across the street (where I usually stay, when in the area, though more expensive), it is dated and could use a refresh for the price range.
